Strawberry Apple Cider Smoothie

I created this delicious smoothie for my vegan eatery and it was one of the most popular items on the menu. The combination of apple cider and strawberry are match made in heaven. It is healthy, filling and very refreshing for all ages. This smoothie is great for anytime of the day and is perfect on a hot summer day.

  • T – is for Tablespoon

  • Prep Time: 5 Minutes
  • Cook Time: 0 Minutes
  • Serves: 2 Servings

Ingredients – Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup oat milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
  • 1 t vanilla extract

Topping

  • 3 T coconut whip
  • 1 strawberry

Must Haves

  • electric mixture

Preparation

  1. In an electric mixture add all the what to grab Smoothie ingredients and mix on high speed for 2 minutes or until creamy.
  2. Pour smoothie into a large glass, top with plant based coconut whip and strawberry.
