Vegan Dill Dressing / Dip
- Yields: 1 1/4 cups
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Soak Cashews- overnight
Must Haves
- electric blender
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon squeeze or pickle juice
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 T olive oil
- if using lemon squeeze add 1/2 t sea salt
Instructions
- Prepare the cashews by pouring them into a bowl and cover with water. Chill overnight.
- When ready to make the dressing drain the water from the cashews and pour them into the blender.
- Chop the dill into smaller pieces and put into the blender.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 1 minute or until it resembles a creamy texture.
- Pour into a serving bowl and enjoy.
