Wheel of Life

You know those people in your life that you can really rely on, connect with and totally be 100% yourself around? They are a true gift if you ask me. Special friends are not always that easy to come by and when you find them, treasure them, nurture that relationship and never let them go! Spending time with friends and family is hands down, my most favourite thing to do.

In the Wheel Of Life, Social Life is in my top 5. The Wheel Of Life includes 12 things. Some areas of the Wheel of Life can be more nourishing than others, which really depend on ones personality and need for personal growth or development. Have you every thought about the Wheel Of Life before? Do you really know what is important to you?

Ok, so If you are curious than write out the Wheel of Life list below. Think good and hard about how they apply to your life currently or within the last 6 months. Start noting details of each. Then write down your top 5 needs.

Now If you spend more time doing those top five things, you will probably feel more complete and fulfilled. Keep in mind though, that all 12 things are important, especially health. If one struggles with health it really creates a negative ripple effect throughout all 12. Health is the Pillar and the most essential in the Wheel Of Life.

Look and think carefully at each one then write down how satisfied you are with each area of your life. Ask yourself, are their areas calling to be NOURISHED? HOW SO?
